The USR-N720 is an edge IoT gateway launched by PUSR, supporting edge computing, data collection, protocol conversion, and reporting data in JSON format. The product comes in two versions for customers to choose from: ETH version and cellular version. It comes with 2 RS485 ports, 1 RJ45 port, and 1 cellular port (only cellular version), allowing for quick connections between industrial on-site devices and the cloud. With these features, it can be widely used in smart factories, smart grids, smart water management, and more.

Two types of configurations are supported

PUSR offers two different models: the ETH version only supports network connection via Ethernet, while the cellular version supports both Ethernet and cellular connections, so customers can choose according to their needs.

USR-N720-ETH can collected data in Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP and DL/T645-2007 protocol and reporting data to IoT cloud in JSON format using MQTT or TCP protocol. It supports up to 1000 data points, and can decode and compute the collected data to reduce server’s pressure.

Data Encryption, Dual Independent MQTT/TCP Connections

It support up to 5 connections with different remote survice, including 2*MQTT, 2*TCP and 1*PUSR connection. For MQTT and TCP connections, users can enable SSL encryption to ensure data security.

Offline Data Recording on SD Card

USR-N720-ETH supports SD card for data caching, the collected data will be cached tothe SD card when the gateway is in Internet disconnection. And the cached data will be sent to server when the gateway get connection recovery.
