USR-CAN518 is a CANopen slave gateway independently developed by PUSR. It features 1 CAN interface, 1 RS485 interface, and 1 standard 10/100M Ethernet interface. The device supports CANopen to Modbus conversion, making it easy to connect Modbus slave devices on industrial sites to CANopen master devices such as PLCs.

CANopen Slave to Modbus TCP Master
The gateway acts as CANopen slave to connect upper-layer CANopen master device, meanwhile works as Modbus TCP master to access laser radar, load cell, scanner and other Modbus TCP field devices. Realizes seamless data interconnection of heterogeneous devices.
CANopen Slave to Modbus RTU Master
Compatible with traditional RS485 industrial field devices. Gateway connects upper CANopen master (PLC/SCADA system), and accesses sensors, instruments, smoke alarms via Modbus RTU bus, expands traditional serial device access for CANopen network.
