Low-Power Edge Gateway
Built for sensor data acquisition, transmission and management in low-power scenariosThe
USR-SC150 is a newly launched DIN-rail 4G edge gateway designed for low-power scenarios. It features advanced low-power operation logic for genuine power saving, and can be connected to a solar photovoltaic power supply system to ensure stable operation even during continuous rainy weather. Built to industrial design standards, it supports wide-voltage terminal power input, DI/AI/485 data acquisition, and offers simple configuration.

Key Applications at a Glance
Supports 2-channel 4-20mA analog, 1-channel DI acquisition and 1 RS485 interface for full data collection of various instruments
Supports polling acquisition, realizes Modbus RTU to JSON reporting, and completes local data logic processing
Supports mainstream cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, compatible with standard MQTT/TCP protocols

Sensor Power Supply & Acquisition
Provides power interface for sensors, cuts off power during sleep to minimize overall power consumption.

Outdoor Solar-Powered Longevity
Ideal for outdoor solar-powered scenarios,long-endurance applications in continuous rainy weather
Adopts low-power operation logic with timed wake-up,Power on before acquisition, power off after acquisition
Flexible mode adjustment via DIP switches

Multiple Data Acquisition Interfaces
Supports 2-channel 4-20mA analog, 1-channel digital input, and 1 RS485 data acquisition.
Compatible with mainstream sensors on the market to meet diverse user needs.
Standard Modbus-RTU Supported.

Edge Acquisition & JSON Reporting
Pre-configured Modbus RTU data points, edge computing, and custom JSON format reporting for easy access to TCP/MQTT private cloud platforms.
Supports 4G Cat.1 network standard,Stable operation from -25°C to 75°C.

Offline Caching & Resumable Transmissio
Stores up to 1200 data records internally, expandable via external TF card.
When network is abnormal, data is stored in cache and retransmitted to the platform after reconnection.

Cloud-Based Remote O&M
Quickly connect to the cloud via QR code for remote parameter configuration, firmware upgrades, and other operations on gateways anytime, anywhere. Eliminates on-site business trips and reduces labor costs.
