USR-LG206-H is a LoRa modem that converts RS232/485 into LoRa. It supports point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, and point-to-USR-LG210 gateway connections. It also supports relay networking and signal detection visualization. When used with the LG210 gateway, it supports custom Modbus and edge collection functions. It enables data transmission between 485 serial ports and the LoRa network. It has the advantages of long wireless transmission distance, high sensitivity in reception, strong anti-interference ability, and high hardware protection.

Point to LoRa Gateway Application
After user terminal devices form a network via LoRa nodes and the LG210 gateway, the system enables localized zonal management of devices centered around the gateway. This ensures orderly data transmission from multiple nodes without mutual interference, while guaranteeing encrypted data transfer to rapidly achieve end-to-cloud connectivity.

Point to Point/multiple Points Transmission
The USR-LG206 supports both point-to-point and point-to-multipoint communication. This device supports various working modes such as data transmission, master-slave mode, fixed-point transmission, and data broadcasting. Users can choose the appropriate mode according to their own needs for use.

Long Transmission Distance
Point-to-point communication can achieve a maximum measured transmission distance of 6 KM. Point-to-gateway communication can achieve a maximum transmission distance of up to 4.5 KM as measured in practice.

LoRa Network Repeater
The USR-LG206 supports customizable relay transmission paths and multi-level relaying. The module automatically forwards data, extending the wireless transmission distance, making it suitable for communication in ultra-long-distance or obstacle-rich environments.

Signal Diagnosis, Accelerated Network Deployment
With the diagnosis Solves the most painful signal challenges in wireless deployment (interference, distance judgment, quality assessment), saving significant debugging time and ensuring stable operation.

LBT Anti-Interference Function
Before transmitting data, the module detects the current channel environment. If the threshold is exceeded, it delays and re-detects before sending. This avoids packet loss due to interference and improves communication success rates.

Data Security
Data is encrypted during LoRa transmission to ensure enhanced security. Encryption keys are user-configurable; communication is only possible between devices with matching keys.

Other Important Functions
The USR-LG206-H also supports other functions such as FEC (Forward Error Correction) and data re-transmission, helping users to transmit data more stably.

Smart Factory Energy Monitoring
The USR-LG206-H connects via serial port to water/electricity meters and detection sensors in the factory. It forms a self-organizing network with the LG210 gateway for long-distance LoRa wireless data transmission. The gateway then connects to the management platform via Ethernet. The platform or gateway periodically polls the sensors and meters to obtain their status information, thereby enabling energy monitoring functionality.

Smart Livestock Application
Wireless feeding, smart environmental control, and biosecurity scenarios utilize LoRa for communication, replacing traditional RS485.
