Returns & Refunds

  USRIOT strives to provide you the best products and service. We feel the same way about customer service. If you need to return or exchange any items, we're going to try our very best make it happen.

  All items need to be returned in their original and resalable condition, and must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) obtained from USRIOT. Do not return items without first obtaining the RMA, as they will not be refunded.

  To request your RMA for a refund or exchange, please:

  1. Contact us by email ( sales@usriot.com) to request your Return Material Authorization number (RMA)

  2. Briefly explain the reason for your return or exchange

  All items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date. We are unable to refund shipping costs.

  ① Returns/Refunds

  - After approval, you will receive an email with the return address and RAM ID.

  - Return the parcel to us and send the tracking number to sales@usriot.com

  - We will send the refund back to you by paypal once the parcel arrives.

  ② Exchange

  - After approval, you will receive an email with the return address and RAM ID.

  - Return the parcel to us and send the tracking number to sales@usriot.com

  - USRIOT will send the replacement once inspected the returned items

  USRIOT reserves the sole right to make exceptions, limit returns and determine the eligibility and the amount of refunds. Our operating principle is centered around being fair, reasonable, and responsible, so that our customers and USRIOT all have a positive experience and relationship.

  This policy for returns, exchanges and refunds is in additional to, and not in lieu of, all the terms and conditions stated in our Terms & Conditions, incorporated herein by reference.
