The PUSR AI Vision Edge Industrial Computer series (USR-EG218A / EG628S / EG928A / EG1000) brings 200+ AI vision algorithms and industrial edge data acquisition together in one platform. With 8/16-channel video input and a choice of Rockchip RK3576 / RK3588 hardware options, it turns ordinary cameras and field devices into an intelligent monitoring system that recognizes hazards and collects data locally, in milliseconds - without round-the-clock manual supervision.

Built on Rockchip RK3576 / RK3588 octa-core 64-bit ARM processors with up to 6+40 TOPS of AI computing power, 4 GB LPDDR4 memory and 64 GB eMMC storage, the series delivers server-class edge intelligence in an industrial footprint. AI Recognition + Data Acquisition, All-in-One

One box does both jobs. The computer runs AI video recognition and industrial data acquisition side by side: video streams from cameras and data streams from PLCs, VFDs, sensors and alarms are processed locally by on-device AI models, then reported to a cloud monitoring center or a local control room over the link you choose. Custom AI algorithm development is available as a value-added service for project-specific recognition needs.

Choose from 200+ trained edge AI algorithms - smoking, open flame, hard hats, reflective vests, illegal parking, area intrusion, people counting and many more. Tick the ones you need in the built-in list and they take effect immediately: no model training, no coding, no extra GPU servers. 26 algorithms ship factory-licensed and free to use out of the box; the full library is available for trial, with licensing handled by PUSR sales.

Built-in Algorithm Management Platform

The built-in Algorithm Management Platform handles algorithm licensing, deployment, live monitoring and alarm management from one embedded web dashboard. Review alarm statistics by category, channel and task, check task, channel and online status at a glance, and browse live and historical alarms with attached snapshots. Site security teams get a ready-made intelligent alarm center - no third-party VMS required.

Up to 32 Video Channels

Connect up to 32 video channels and keep the cameras you already own: the platform works with mainstream camera brands, including Hikvision, EZVIZ, Dahua and Uniview, over ONVIF, GB28181, RTSP, RTMP, HLS and V4L2. No rip-and-replace, no locked ecosystem. Shipping units support 8/16 channels depending on model; 32-channel versions are available on request.

AI-Empower Ordinary Camera

Pair 200+ ready-made algorithms with any ordinary IPC and step into intelligent AI video applications. Manual frame-by-frame review and delayed, easy-to-miss alerts become instant, searchable and traceable events. Existing camera investments stay in place - the algorithms do the heavy lifting at the edge, so one installer can supervise what previously took a control room of operators.

Mainstream AI Framework Support

Bring your own models. The NPU pipeline supports mainstream frameworks - Caffe, MXnet, TensorFlow, TF Lite, ONNX and Darknet - with INT4 / INT8 / INT16 / FP16 inference and up to 46 TOPS of raw computing power. Standard model formats convert without retraining, so in-house or third-party models deploy straight onto the edge and run next to the built-in algorithm library.

Built-in WukongEdge Edge Engine

WukongEdge, PUSR's self-developed edge engine, integrates edge computing, local SCADA, network management and Node-RED in one converged architecture. Build drag-and-drop visualization screens, program flows graphically in Node-RED, and stand up site networks fast - acquisition, control and reporting come out of the box instead of weeks of custom integration.

WukongEdge Architecture - North-South Data in One Box

WukongEdge opens north-south data channels with simple parameter configuration: report to PUSR Cloud or any MQTT platform for remote monitoring, output over HDMI for local monitoring, and acquire from field devices through serial, Ethernet, I/O and CAN. Mainstream PLC and industry protocols are built in, so PLCs, sensors, switches, cameras and barcode scanners connect directly - and the Linux industrial computer stays open for custom development.

Multi-Protocol Industrial Acquisition & Conversion

Speak to the whole plant. Industry protocols - IEC 61850, IEC 104, DL/T645, DNP3.0 and BACnet - plus PLC protocols for Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Delta, FATEK and generic Modbus devices are supported for acquisition and conversion. Field data lands in one unified model and is reported north as MQTT, so SCADA, MES and cloud platforms get clean data without bespoke drivers.

Ubuntu 24 Preinstalled, Custom OS Available

Every unit ships with a standard Ubuntu OS - Ubuntu 24.04 on the EG1000, Ubuntu 22.04 on other models - with C/C++/Python development environments, open API interfaces and full developer documentation. Android, Debian images are supported for customization, so the software stack matches your project instead of the other way round.

AI Algorithm Catalog

A snapshot of the ready-to-enable algorithm catalog: warehouse height limits, smoking, flame and smoke, people and traffic flow, chef uniform and hat, mask, camera occlusion, e-bike in elevator, passage blockage, hard hats, faces, rodents, falls and more. 26 algorithms are factory-licensed; the rest of the 200+ library can be trialed and unlocked per project - some algorithms require separate licensing.
