USR-LG270 is an industrial LoRaWAN® edge computing gateway developed and designed by PUSR. It features Semtech’s SX1302 8-channel LoRa chipset and supports multiple regional LoRaWAN frequency bands. With an integrated ChirpStack network server, it reduces deployment costs, simplifies system architecture, and improves local reliability. Powered by a high-performance ARM-based processing platform, the gateway enables on-device data processing and edge application deployment. It also provides WiFi 6, 4G cellular, dual Ethernet ports, and RS232/RS485 industrial interfaces, making it well-suited for data acquisition from multiple devices and diverse scenarios in industrial environments. The USR-LG270 is widely applicable to LoRaWAN IoT use cases such as smart factories, energy management, environmental monitoring, and smart buildings, helping enterprises achieve device connectivity and intelligent upgrades.

Powered by an industrial RK3506J processor and Semtech SX1302 concentrator, the LG270 supports standard LoRaWAN nodes, multi-region protocols, edge protocol conversion, 4G/WiFi/Ethernet backup, and flexible Ubuntu/Node-RED development for demanding IoT scenarios.

Rich communication options connect on-site devices via wired or wireless links. Built-in WukongEdge engine delivers powerful edge computing, multi-protocol reporting, and local linkage.

PUSR not only offers LoRaWAN gateways, but also provides a wide selection of RS485-to-LoRaWAN node devices, enabling quick integration of on-site serial equipment into the LoRaWAN network. In addition, we offer TTL-to-LoRaWAN communication modules that can be embedded directly into sensors.

Industrial-grade RK3506J and Semtech SX1302 professional LoRa chipset give the USR-LG270 strong edge-computing capability and efficient LoRaWAN communication, supporting thousands of LoRaWAN nodes.

Built-in LoRaWAN network server with MQTT/TCP/HTTP protocols for rapid private deployment. Supports CN470/EU868/AU915/US915/AS923 regional protocols.

In addition to the built-in LoRaWAN network server, it supports TTN, Chirpstack and other mainstream LoRaWAN network servers, supports thousands of nodes, and can reach up to 10 km in open environments.

Collect data via LoRa, serial ports (RS485, RS232), Ethernet, and I/O. Supports Modbus, BACnet, DNP3.0, DLT645 and other protocol conversions for power, industrial, and building scenarios.

An integrated super-capacitor provides short-term power hold-up during outages, while the power-failure alarm automatically reports the event to the server—protecting critical data integrity and enabling rapid response for unattended field deployments.

Node-RED visual flow programming, combined with the WukongEdge engine, lets users quickly build data processing flows by drag-and-drop without complex acquisition logic, enabling faster deployment.

The LG270 supports 4G cellular, WiFi, Ethernet, VPN, and firewall-based routing with built-in network diagnostics and automatic backup, ensuring continuous uplink connectivity even when one link fails—ideal for mission-critical industrial deployments.

Linux Ubuntu 22.04 ecosystem with full development components, APIs, hardware driver documentation, and installation guides for Docker, ToDesk and other common applications.

PUSR cloud platform management enables remote parameter tuning and Node-RED programming, allowing commercial O&M without leaving the office.

Built for harsh industrial environments, the LG270 operates from -25°C to +75°C on a 9–48 VDC supply with reverse-polarity protection, surge/burst/ESD immunity, TF memory expansion, and a hardware+software watchdog for reliable operation.

The LG270 family offers indoor and outdoor models across CN470, EU868, AU915, US915, and AS923 bands, with options for cellular, dual-band WiFi 6, Ethernet, and GNSS—so you can choose the exact configuration for your regional and connectivity requirements.


The USR-LG270 connects to on-site factory equipment via LoRa, serial ports, Ethernet, I/O and WiFi. Edge computing enables real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and energy optimization. LoRa’s long-range, high-capacity connectivity is ideal for widely distributed equipment and hard-to-wire areas, providing a flexible solution for digital factory transformation.

The USR-LG270 can connect to environmental monitoring terminals deployed across various areas of the building via LoRa, enabling real‑time collection and transmission of data including temperature, humidity, CO₂ concentration, PM2.5, and light level. It supports the standard LoRaWAN protocol and can integrate LoRaWAN‑compatible sensors. If legacy RS485 sensors are already installed on site, they can be connected through our LoRaWAN DTU, which provides seamless integration for conventional 485 sensors.
